With this awareness, we attach great importance to processing and preserving all kinds of personal data belonging to persons associated with our company in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVK Law").
In accordance with the KVK Law, as Defsan Medikal, in our capacity as data controller, we will be able to process, record, store, and transfer your personal data to third parties within the scope permitted by the law for the purposes explained below.

Your personal data is collected through verbal, written, or electronic channels such as contact forms on our website, email communications, or phone calls. In this process, your data is collected and processed within the scope of the processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
As data owners, pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK; you have the right to learn whether personal data is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if data is processed incompletely or incorrectly.
